The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the components according to the ratio, heating to 200-230 DEG C, and reacting for 1-2 hours, so as to obtain the decorative plate material. In the decorative plate material, all the components are matched with one another, the smoothness, flexibility, weather resistance, hydrophobicity, pollution resistance, acid and alkali resistance, bending strength, self-cleaning performance, antibacterial performance and the like of the material reach good states, and most use requirements are met.
