The invention relates to the field of building material products, in particular to a gypsum phase change energy storage building material and a preparation method thereof. The gypsum phase change energy storage building material comprises gypsum and a composite phase change energy storage material which are mixed with each other, the composite phase change energy storage material comprises a hydrated salt phase change material and a modified porous support material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adsorbing the hydrated salt phase change material into the modified porous support material to obtain the composite phase change energy storage material; mixing gypsum and a liquid medium according to a certain proportion to obtain gypsum slurry; and adding the composite phase change energy storage material into the gypsum slurry, mixing, molding and curing. According to the gypsum phase change energy storage building material, the phase change energy storage material is combined with the building material, the heat storage potential of the phase change material can be applied to the building material, effective storage and utilization of heat energy are achieved, the 28d compressive strength of the prepared gypsum phase change energy storage building material is 17.1-18.42 MPa, and the surface temperature difference does not exceed 4.3 DEG C in the heating and cooling processes.
本发明涉及建筑材料制品领域,尤其涉及一种石膏相变储能建筑材料及其制备方法。石膏相变储能建筑材料包括相互混合的石膏和复合相变储能材料;其中,复合相变储能材料包括水合盐相变材料和改性多孔支撑材料。其制备方法为:将水合盐相变材料吸附至改性多孔支撑材料中得到复合相变储能材料;将石膏和液态介质按一定比例混合得到石膏浆;将复合相变储能材料加入石膏浆中混合、成型、养护。本发明将相变储能材料与建筑材料相结合,能够将相变材料的储热潜力运用到建筑材料中,实现对热能的有效储存与利用,所制备的石膏相变储能建筑材料28d抗压强度为17.1~18.42 MPa,在升、降温过程中表面温差不超过4.3℃。
