The invention provides a control method of residual stress of a layered ceramic material, a preparation method of the layered ceramic material, the layered ceramic material and application of the layered ceramic material, the layered ceramic material comprises n layers of ceramic, n is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and raw materials of each layer of ceramic material comprise a carbon source, an auxiliary agent, silicon carbide and/or boron carbide, the residual stress of the layered ceramic material is controlled by adjusting the carbon source content in each layer of ceramic material and/or the porosity of the green body. The limitation of material components on residual stress is broken through, and the reaction swelling amount generated by reaction sintering of each layer of ceramic is controlled by adjusting the carbon source content of each layer of ceramic and/or the porosity of the green body, so that the difference of the total swelling amount between adjacent layers in the layered ceramic material is controlled, and the residual stress is further controlled; the layered ceramic material with the residual stress meeting the requirement is prepared.
本发明提供了一种层状陶瓷材料的残余应力的控制方法、层状陶瓷材料的制备方法、层状陶瓷材料及其应用,层状陶瓷材料包括n层陶瓷,n为大于等于2的整数,各层陶瓷材料的原料包括碳源、助剂、碳化硅和/或碳化硼,通过调节各层陶瓷材料中碳源含量和/或生坯的孔隙率来控制层状陶瓷材料的残余应力。本发明突破了材料组分对残余应力的限制,通过调节各层陶瓷的碳源含量和/或生坯的孔隙率,来控制各层陶瓷反应烧结产生的反应膨胀量,由此控制层状陶瓷材料内相邻层间的总膨胀量之差,进而控制残余应力,制备得到残余应力符合需求的层状陶瓷材料。
