According to the sintering furnace carrying mechanism and the preparation method thereof, zirconium dioxide powder, asbestos fibers and glass fibers are sintered to form a fiber material, and the fiber material has good rapid cooling and rapid heating resistance and high-temperature creep resistance and can adapt to different heat treatment process environments in the heat treatment process; the deformation of the conveying net in a long-term high-temperature environment is reduced, the slipping phenomenon of the photovoltaic panel on the conveying net is reduced, and the sintering quality of the photovoltaic panel is improved; the fiber material is made and stretched into the line body structure, the line body structure is woven to form the conveying net, and the high-temperature-resistant material is sprayed on the conveying net, so that the high-temperature-resistant performance of the conveying net can be enhanced; and the conveying net is provided with vent holes, hot air at the bottom can be conveyed to the position above the conveying net, the photovoltaic panel is heated and dried, and the heating and drying efficiency of the photovoltaic panel is improved.
本发明公开了烧结炉运载机构及其制备方法,通过将二氧化锆粉、石棉纤维和玻璃纤维烧结形成纤维材料,纤维材料具有良好的耐急冷急热和抗高温蠕变性能,能够适应热处理过程中不同的热处理工艺的环境,降低输送网在长期高温环境下产生的变形,降低光伏板在输送网上的打滑现象,提高光伏板的烧结质量;将纤维材料制成并拉伸为线体结构,将线体结构编织形成输送网,在输送网上喷涂耐高温材料,能够增强输送网的耐高温性能;输送网具有通气孔,能够将底部的热空气输送到输送网上方,对光伏板进行加热和烘干,提高对光伏板的加热和烘干效率。
