The invention relates to a railway track machining technology, and aims to provide a reinforced freezing clamping plate for a railway. A long-strip-shaped body of the product is provided with an inner side face matched with the side face of a steel rail in shape, and a plurality of transversely-penetrating bolt holes are formed in the middle of the body in the length direction at intervals. An upper reinforcing rib and a lower reinforcing rib which are parallel to each other are arranged on the outer side face of the freezing splint body in the length direction of the freezing splint body and are equal to or basically equal to the freezing splint body in length. Wherein the lower side reinforcing rib comprises a relatively thick part located in the middle and relatively thin parts located at the two ends, and the length of the relatively thick part in the middle accounts for 2/3-1/4 of the total length of the lower side reinforcing rib. The problem that in the prior art, the middle of a freezing clamping plate is prone to metal fatigue to cause fracture is solved; flexural rigidity of two ends of the clamping plate can be correspondingly reduced, and material cost is saved; the device can be tightly attached to the rail web, full-section contact is achieved, and friction resistance is improved.
