The invention discloses an assembling method of an all-welded steel truss orthotropic steel bridge deck slab, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction, the method comprises the following steps: arranging crossbeams of a current bridge deck slab mother section with a set length at intervals along a set direction, laying a bridge deck slab unit above the crossbeams with the set length, and suspending the end part of the bridge deck slab unit; crossbeams with the length of the suspended position of the bridge deck slab unit of the previous bridge deck slab mother section are arranged at intervals in the set direction, the crossbeams with the set length of the next bridge deck slab mother section are continuously arranged, the bridge deck slab unit of the previous bridge deck slab mother section is spliced with the crossbeams at the suspended position, and the next bridge deck slab unit is laid on the crossbeams of the next bridge deck slab mother section; and the step is repeated until installation of one bridge deck assembling section is completed. Transverse contraction generated by welding when the adjacent bridge deck units are laid is adapted through self-deformation of the end suspension sections, so that the transverse position precision of the longitudinal ribs of the bridge deck is guaranteed.
