The invention discloses an offshore photovoltaic field flexible ship-impact-resistant fence structure which comprises multiple piles, a rope system, sleeves and floating bodies, each pile is movably sleeved with the corresponding sleeve and the corresponding floating body, and the floating bodies are located below the sleeves and can drive the sleeves to ascend. The rope system comprises a plurality of main ropes which are separated up and down, a plurality of guide pipes which extend horizontally are also arranged on the outer wall of the sleeve in an up-down separated mode, and each main rope correspondingly penetrates through the corresponding guide pipe and is wound between the two piles. The device can well form comprehensive surrounding protection, can ascend and descend due to tidal range, and is simple in structure, convenient to install, capable of well guaranteeing quality, low in cost, easy to maintain and replace and good in applicability.
