Self-force-measuring ground anchor pile and working method thereof
The invention discloses a self-force-measuring ground anchor pile and a working method thereof. The self-force-measuring ground anchor pile comprises an anchor pile body, a pile driver, a force measuring device and a pile extractor. The force measuring device is installed on the anchor pile body and driven into the ground together with a pile driver. The pile puller is matched with the end of the anchor pile body, and when pile pulling is conducted, the anchor pile body and the force measuring device are pulled out in the direction perpendicular to the ground through the pile puller. The working method comprises the following steps that S100, pile driving is conducted, specifically, the anchor pile body is aligned to the ground, and then the anchor pile body and the force measuring device are automatically driven into the ground together by starting a pile driver; s200, pile pulling preparation is conducted, specifically, a lifting device is placed on the ground and connected with the anchor pile body through a pile pulling hole plate; and S300, pile pulling is conducted, specifically, the lifting device is operated to drive the pile pulling hole plate to drive the anchor pile body and the force measuring device to synchronously ascend in the direction perpendicular to the ground. Compared with manual side-knocking pile pulling, the pile pulling device has the good effects of being efficient, accurate, labor-saving, safe, free of damage and the like.
