The invention relates to a construction method of an enclosure row pile penetrating through an underground cavity area, which comprises the following steps: backfilling the underground cavity area by adopting a drilling backfilling mode, the drilling range is 2m larger than the two sides of the enclosure row pile to be penetrated respectively, and the drilling depth is 2m larger than the lower part of a bottom plate of the underground cavity area; all pile positions of the enclosure row piles to be penetrated are perforated, and all pile holes are formed; before cast-in-place pile construction is carried out on each pile hole, lateral pressure prevention steel casings are arranged in backfill soil on the two sides of the corresponding pile hole correspondingly, and the lateral pressure prevention steel casings are recycled after cast-in-place pile construction is completed. According to the enclosure row pile construction method, the underground cavity is pretreated in a drilling and backfilling mode, the hole forming quality and the pile forming quality of the cast-in-place pile are guaranteed, the process is simple, and the cost is low.
