The invention discloses a construction method for staggered floor running water of an underground earthwork structure of reverse construction, which comprises the following steps of: dividing a to-be-constructed area of a foundation pit into an area A and an area B, and further dividing the area A into an area A1 positioned in the foundation pit and an area A2 positioned on the periphery of the foundation pit; the area A1 and the area B are excavated to the position between the first underground layer and the second underground layer, and then structural beam plates of the first underground layer of the area A1 and the area B are constructed; and after beam plates of the first underground layer structures of the A1 area and the B area reach the design strength, the A2 area is excavated to the position between the first underground layer and the second underground layer, then a side span structure of the A2 area is constructed, and the side span structure of the A2 area is connected with the beam plates of the first underground layer structures of the A1 area. The technical problem that in the prior art, a foundation pit reverse construction method is a whole-layer operation mode, and cost is seriously increased is solved. By means of the alternate operation mode, large machines of labor force work in a crossed mode, the problem of work type stagnation does not exist, and underground line production and overground line production do not interfere with each other.
