A constant-pressure and tank-type integrated water supply device for secondary water supply comprises a steady flow tank, a water inlet header pipe for supplying water to the steady flow tank and a water outlet header pipe for receiving water supplied by the steady flow tank. The water inlet main pipe comprises a non-negative pressure water inlet branch pipe and a constant pressure water inlet branch pipe which are communicated with the flow stabilizing tank, the non-negative pressure water inlet branch pipe is communicated with the top of the flow stabilizing tank, the constant pressure water inlet branch pipe is communicated with the side face of the flow stabilizing tank, and a pressure sensor used for recognizing the water flow pressure in the water inlet main pipe is arranged on the water inlet main pipe; a corresponding control valve is arranged at the joint of the water inlet header pipe and the non-negative pressure water inlet branch pipe, and a corresponding control valve is also arranged at the joint of the water inlet header pipe and the constant pressure water inlet branch pipe; compared with the prior art, the non-negative-pressure water inlet branch pipe and the constant-pressure water inlet branch pipe which are communicated with the water inlet main pipe at the same time are arranged, and according to the water pressure condition of the water inlet main pipe, the non-negative-pressure water inlet branch pipe is selected to supply water in a tank type mode or the constant-pressure water inlet branch pipe is selected to supply water in a constant-pressure mode.
