The invention relates to an assembly type support-free frame structure which comprises a prefabricated beam, a supporting batten and at least two prefabricated columns, sleeves are pre-embedded in the upper portions of the prefabricated columns, the upper ends of the sleeves are obliquely arranged in the direction away from the axes of the prefabricated columns, inclined struts are inserted into the sleeves, and the upper ends of the inclined struts are hinged to hinge bases; the supporting batten is horizontally arranged and used for supporting the bottom face of the prefabricated beam, the two ends of the supporting batten are in abutting connection with the hinge seats of the inclined struts of the prefabricated column on one side respectively, and the hinge seats are in sliding connection with the bottom face of the supporting batten in the length direction of the prefabricated beam. According to the construction method, the pre-buried sleeve and the inclined strut are combined to form a stable supporting point so as to support the supporting batten, so that the precast beam is supported, a supporting system does not need to be temporarily erected, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.
