The invention relates to an assembly type squat silo folded plate silo top and a silo top plate prefabricated unit thereof.The silo top plate prefabricated unit is mainly composed of an upper ring beam, the silo top plate prefabricated unit, a lower ring beam and the like, the silo top plate prefabricated unit comprises a silo top plate body of a flat plate structure, the upper ring beam is a prefabricated steel-concrete combined beam, and the lower ring beam is a concrete beam with embedded bolts embedded therein; the adjacent granary top plate prefabricated units are connected to form a folded plate structure, and the granary top plate prefabricated units are connected with the upper ring beam and the lower ring beam through fasteners in a welded mode. The three components are connected to form a bearing structure which can be used as a subsequent construction platform, construction support is not needed or only a small amount of support is needed in the construction process, and then cement-based materials are poured into gaps of the connecting portions of the components to form an integral structure to jointly bear vertical loads and horizontal loads. Planar prefabrication of the single-curvature silo top structure is achieved, production and assembly are easy, and the material consumption, the construction period, the construction cost, the construction difficulty and the carbon emission can be greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种装配式浅圆仓折板仓顶及其仓顶板预制单元，主要由上环梁、仓顶板预制单元和下环梁等组成，仓顶板预制单元包括平板结构的仓顶板主体，上环梁为预制钢‑混凝土组合梁，下环梁为内埋有预埋螺栓的混凝土梁，相邻仓顶板预制单元之间连接形成折板结构，仓顶板预制单元与上环梁、下环梁之间分别通过焊接过紧固件连接。三种部件连接形成承重结构，可作为后续施工平台，建造过程无需施工支撑或者仅需少量支撑，而后在各个部件连接部位的缝隙中浇筑水泥基材料形成整体结构，共同承受竖向荷载和水平荷载。本发明实现了单曲率仓顶结构的平面化预制，易于生产、装配，可大幅降低材料用量、建造周期、建造成本、建造难度和碳排放量。
