The invention discloses a prefabricated composite coupling beam triangular supporting and protecting integrated frame which comprises two overhanging triangular supporting frames installed on two opposite shear walls and a walkway plate used for connecting the two overhanging triangular supporting frames, and the overhanging triangular supporting frames are used for bearing the vertical load of a coupling beam and the live load of construction workers. The overhanging triangular supporting frame is composed of two triangular supports and a plurality of connecting plates, the connecting plates are fixedly connected with the tops of the two triangular supports, and two sets of protective handrails and a bearing plate are installed on the connecting plates. Through structural optimization, the connecting beam is optimized into the prefabricated superposed beam, the prefabricated superposed beam is hoisted to the cantilever triangular supporting frame through a tower crane and connected with a main body structure through reserved steel bars, and finally concrete cast-in-place is conducted on the upper portion; the method has the advantages of being high in construction speed, low in cost, high in safety, low in requirement for tower crane hoisting and the like.
本发明公开了预制叠合连梁三角支撑防护一体架,包括两个安装在相对两个剪力墙上的悬挑三角支撑架以及用于连接两个悬挑三角支撑架的走道板,所述悬挑三角支撑架用于承受连梁的竖向荷载以及施工工人的活荷载,所述悬挑三角支撑架由两个三角架和多个连接板组成,多个连接板皆与两个三角架的顶部固定连接,且多个连接板上安装有两组防护栏杆和一个承板。本发明通过结构优化,将连梁优化成预制叠合梁,通过塔吊吊装至悬挑三角支撑架上,利用预留的钢筋与主体结构相连,最后在上部进行混凝土现浇;此种方式具有施工速度快、成本低、安全性高,对塔吊吊装要求低等优点。
