本发明公开了一种砂浆摊铺砌筑勾缝设备及其施工方法，采用储料斗基座装填砂浆，节约铲灰时间，移动小车在已砌筑的一匹砌块上行走时，储料斗中砂浆浇筑于砌块上并被摊铺辊摊平，砂浆摊铺厚度均匀且整体稳定性，同时满足摊铺砂浆砌筑的厚度要求及摊铺质量，此外，砂浆层的外侧被勾缝板塑性，成型美观且质量高，后续在两块翅板之间放置一匹砌块后，刮浆板将溢出砌块的相对两侧的砂浆刮除可以再利用，一方面，使得灰缝一次浇筑、摊铺、勾缝成型。本发明解决了现有的建筑结构墙体采用人工砌筑时，存在砌筑质量不稳定以及铺浆遗撒漏灰的问题。
