The invention belongs to the technical field of gravel pile forming construction, and particularly relates to a vibro-replacement gravel pile forming perpendicularity control method under the action of dynamic load, which comprises the following steps: determining the position of a gravel pile according to a designed drawing; according to the position of the gravel pile, a crane is moved to a proper position on one side of the gravel pile, a proper vibroflot is selected according to the specification of the gravel pile, and then a lifting ring hook on the vibroflot is hung on a universal vertical heavy hook of the crane; and an infrared verticality measuring instrument is mounted at a proper position, close to one side of the vibroflot, on the crane. According to the method, the phenomenon that the perpendicularity of the gravel pile does not meet the requirement due to the factors that the vibroflot is not perpendicular and the descending speed is too high in the descending process can be avoided, and therefore the economic losses such as construction period loss and material waste caused by the fact that the gravel pile diameter is too large and needs to be designed and checked again are avoided; and therefore, the gravel pile forming quality under the dynamic load effect is guaranteed.
