The water storage and irrigation integrated device comprises a water storage tank, a water pump connected with the water storage tank and an irrigation device connected with the water pump, a mounting frame is arranged at an opening of the water storage tank, and a plurality of parallel rotating shafts are horizontally and rotationally connected into the mounting frame; stop levers are arranged on the two sides of the rotating shaft; the stop levers in every two adjacent rotating shafts are arranged at intervals and form a fence used for blocking sundries. A driving mechanism for driving the rotating shafts to rotate is arranged at the top of the pool; and the reservoir is provided with a filter screen which is positioned below the stop lever. The filter has the effect of improving the problem of blockage of the filter holes.
