The fiberboard is prepared by spraying ultrafine particle paraffin dispersion liquid in the process of adding fibers into traditional paraffin. According to the method, the fibers are subjected to dipping treatment by adopting the silica sol solution before the microparticle paraffin dispersion liquid is sprayed, so that the infiltration of the fibers can be improved, and the fibers are wrapped by more paraffin with smaller particle sizes; the superfine particle paraffin dispersion liquid is blended into a traditional paraffin emulsifier, the particle size is smaller, distribution is more uniform, the opportunity that fibers make contact with outside moisture is reduced, the moisture-proof and waterproof performance of the fiberboard is improved, meanwhile, the usage amount of the traditional paraffin emulsifier and molten paraffin is reduced, and the production cost of the fiberboard is reduced.
本发明公开了纤维板及制备方法和基于纤维板的强化地板，该纤维板通过在纤维加入传统石蜡的过程中喷施超微颗粒石蜡分散液制成。本发明中，纤维在喷施微颗粒石蜡分散液之前采用硅溶胶溶液进行浸渍处理，可提升纤维的浸润，使更多更小粒径的石蜡包过纤维；本发明在传统石蜡乳化剂中融入超微颗粒石蜡分散液，粒径更小，分布更均匀，降低纤维接触外界水分的机会，提升纤维板的防潮防水性能，同时，减少了传统石蜡乳化剂和熔融石蜡的使用量，降低了纤维板的生产成本。
