Hydrophobic thermal-insulation sound-insulation foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete construction in the building industry, in particular to hydrophobic heat-preservation sound-insulation foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The invention has the beneficial effects that water flow can be guided to flow and drain water, and the durability of concrete is improved. Comprising the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing and stirring preparation raw materials to form foam concrete; s2, foam concrete is subjected to casting molding, and the concrete is placed on a molding device when being in a semi-shaped state; s3, flow guide holes are machined in the concrete; s4, spoiler grooves are machined in the flow guide holes; s5, waterproof paint is injected into the forming device; s6, waterproof paint is sprayed on the surfaces of the flow guide holes and the turbulent flow grooves through a forming device, and waterproof coatings are formed; and S7, after the concrete blocks are taken out, the concrete blocks are dried and shaped. The concrete is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 235 parts of cement; 8 parts of fiber; 98 parts of superfine slag powder; 7 parts of a coagulant; 15 parts of a foam fixing agent; 18 parts of a foaming agent; and 158 parts of water.
本发明涉及建筑业混凝土施工技术领域,更具体的说是一种疏水保温隔音泡沫混凝土及其制备方法。有益效果为能够对水流进行引导性流动疏水,提高混凝土的耐久性能。包括以下步骤:S1:将制备原料混合搅拌均匀,形成泡沫混凝土;S2:将泡沫混凝土浇注成型,待混凝土半定型状态时放置在成型装置上;S3:在混凝土内部加工出导流孔;S4:在导流孔上加工出扰流槽;S5:将防水涂料注入到成型装置中;S6:使用成型装置将防水涂料喷涂在导流孔表面和扰流槽上,形成防水涂层;S7:将混凝土块取出后,对混凝土块进行烘干定型处理。该混凝土由以下份数重量的原料组成:水泥235份;纤维8份;超细矿渣粉98份;促凝剂7份;固泡剂15份;发泡剂18份;水158份。
