The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic fiber composite fireproof plate, which comprises the following steps of: when molten refractory ceramic fibers are blown or spun, adding filler powder to a blowing nozzle or to reticular fibers formed by the molten refractory ceramic fibers after fiber spinning equipment; collecting the obtained reticular fiber added with the filler powder, and then performing atomization treatment on the reticular fiber by using an inorganic atomization substance; and carrying out double-roller extrusion on the multiple layers of netlike fibers subjected to atomization treatment, and carrying out microwave drying at 40-120 DEG C for 2-4 hours to obtain the plate core. According to the preparation method, the fireproof fiberboard which is low in cost and resistant to high temperature can be produced, and the quality and performance of a vacuum forming board are not sacrificed. The ceramic fiber composite fireproof plate is directly processed and produced by adopting a dry process, compared with a traditional wet process, the process is relatively simple, the product cost is remarkably reduced, and compared with a wet forming plate of the same specification, the fireproof effect is better.
本发明涉及一种陶瓷纤维复合防火板的制备方法,其包括,在将熔融的耐火陶瓷纤维进行吹制或者纺丝时,将填料粉末添加至吹制喷嘴处或紧接在纤维纺丝设备之后的由熔融的所述耐火陶瓷纤维形成的网状纤维上;收集所得到的添加有填料粉末的所述网状纤维,随后用无机雾化物质对其进行雾化处理;将经过雾化处理后的多层的所述网状纤维对辊挤压,在40~120℃下微波干燥2~4小时,获得板芯。根据该制备方法,可以生产低成本、耐高温的防火纤维板,而又不牺牲真空成型板的质量和性能。本发明采用干法工艺直接加工生产陶瓷纤维复合防火板,与传统的湿法工艺相比,其工艺相对较为简单,且显著降低产品的成本,与同规格的湿法成型板对比,防火效果较好。
