The invention discloses a porous zirconia ceramic block for dental restoration and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method combines warm isostatic pressing and segmented high-temperature sintering, spherical powder particles prepared by adding a binding agent of methyl methacrylate-benzoyl peroxide serve as a green body raw material, and in the warm isostatic pressing link, due to monomer polymerization, the particle size of the green body is reduced; the intermolecular distance is reduced, the macroscopic volume of the green body is reduced, the volume of the green body before high-temperature sintering is further reduced, the volume variation of the green body in the high-temperature sintering process is reduced, defects in the sintering process are reduced, and the qualified rate of finished products is increased. The qualified rate of a finished product of the porous zirconium oxide porcelain block is 99.5% or above, the qualified rate is improved compared with that of an existing finished product of the zirconium oxide porcelain block, the tooth forming rate is increased, and the porous zirconium oxide porcelain block can serve as a dental repair material to be applied to the field of dental repair.
本发明公开了一种齿科修复用多孔氧化锆瓷块及其制备方法和应用,该制备方法结合温等静压和分段高温烧结,以添加甲基丙烯酸甲酯‑过氧化苯甲酰的粘结剂制备的球状粉体颗粒为坯体原料,在温等静压环节,由于单体聚合,分子间距离减小,引起坯体宏观的体积缩小,实现进一步地减小高温烧结前坯体体积,以减少高温烧结过程中坯体体积变化量,进而减少烧结过程中缺陷的产生,从而提高成品合格率。本发明提供的多孔氧化锆瓷块成品合格率在99.5%以上,相比现有的氧化锆瓷块成品合格率得到提升,利于提高出牙率,能够作为齿科修复材料应用于齿科修复领域。
