Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin, 2-4 parts of an ACR impact modifier, 0.6-1.4 parts of an organic tin stabilizer, 5-8 parts of an MBS modifier, 0.1-0.3 part of oxidized polyethlene wax, 0.2-0.5 part of calcium stearate, 0.3-0.7 part of polyethylene wax, 3-8 parts of nano calcium carbonate and 0.2-0.5 part of a processing modifier. The formula is simple, the proportion is rigorous, and the obtained plastic sounding pipe has remarkable tensile property and impact resistance. The production process of the plastic sounding pipe comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the formula, plasticizing and extruding, carrying out two-way stretching twice, and finally carrying out surface treatment and cutting. The prepared plastic sounding pipe is excellent in comprehensive performance and can be better applied to pile foundation detection.
