The invention relates to the field of railway laying, in particular to a railway sleeper laying device which comprises a laying box, a supporting assembly and an adjusting assembly, sleepers enter a laying cavity at a constant speed under the action of a conveying assembly, two sets of supporting units are arranged in the laying cavity in a left-right spaced mode, and supporting chains of the two sets of supporting units are opposite in rotation direction. Meanwhile, the multiple supporting rods are evenly distributed on the peripheral wall of the supporting chain, when the sleepers enter the laying cavity, the supporting rods of the two sets of supporting units can support the sleepers entering the laying cavity according to adjustment of the rotating speed of the supporting chain, the supporting rods gradually move to the arc sections of the supporting chain along with rotation of the supporting chain, and therefore the sleepers are laid. According to the arrangement of the adjusting rods, the two supporting rods are gradually separated from supporting of the sleepers, the adjusting rods synchronously deflect when the supporting rods move to the arc sections according to the arrangement of the adjusting rods, if the distance between every two adjacent sleepers is increased or decreased, the sleepers can be stirred through deflection of the adjusting rods, and the sleeper placing accuracy is improved.
