本发明涉及公路工程技术领域，具体是涉及一种道路维修沥青铺设装置包括支架、初压组件和弹性刮板组件，支架正面安装有挡板组件，挡板组件正前端安装有开松装置，开松装置包括搅拌组件和旋转增速组件，搅拌组件固定安装于支架两端侧表面上，旋转增速组件固定安装于搅拌组件远离支架的两端。本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是，在沥青铺设的过程中，通过开松装置可以使预铺沥青充分被打散避免出现沥青结块或者异物堆积影响到铺设路段平整度，而通过初压组件和弹性刮板组件的相互配合也能使得多余的沥青能及时得到清除，节约用料的同时减少人力的消耗。
