The invention relates to a microorganism grouting treatment soft foundation construction structure and a construction method thereof.According to the scheme, pile loading, microorganism high-pressure jet grouting piles and microorganism tree root steel pipe piles are arranged, so that the shear strength and bearing capacity of a soft foundation are improved, and the compressibility and water permeability of foundation soil are reduced; the water in the foundation is discharged and the liquefaction characteristic of the soil body of the foundation is eliminated or weakened by matching the stacking with the drainage steel floral tube, the net-shaped water collecting pipeline and the water pump; and by arranging the microorganism sand soil solidification layer, the cooperative work capacity of the microorganism high-pressure jet grouting piles and soil between the piles is improved, deformation coordination is guaranteed, and differential settlement is prevented. The grouting material is a double-component microbial grouting material which is safe, clean and environment-friendly, and the microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation material has the advantages of high speed and high efficiency, and can finish induced precipitation of calcium carbonate in about several hours, so that the construction period is greatly shortened, and the consequences of sewage cross flow and environmental pollution are avoided.
