The invention provides a construction method for plugging a dewatering well with water in a deep foundation pit, which comprises the following steps of: building a water collecting tank at the mouth of the dewatering well, and installing two sewage pumps for discharging water slurry outwards in the water collecting tank; starting two sewage pumps for two lower grouting pipes for high-pressure grouting of cement paste, pouring concrete underwater to the elevation of 2.5 m at the bottom of the cushion layer, and injecting the cement paste at high pressure; after the concrete is finally set, a second water pump for pumping water outwards, a water drainage pipe and a third grouting pipe for injecting cement paste at high pressure are put down, the second water pump is started, the gravels are backfilled underwater to the elevation of 0.3 m at the bottom of the raft, then the concrete is poured to the elevation of the well mouth of the dewatering well, and the cement paste is injected at high pressure; and the third grouting pipe and the drainage pipe are cut off, a flange is welded to seal a precipitation well mouth, concrete is poured at the flange-sealed precipitation well mouth to the top of the raft, and precipitation well plugging is completed. The method solves the problem of dewatering well plugging under the condition that the underground water level elevation of the deep foundation pit is higher than the elevation of the foundation raft and the elevation of the sump, and a large amount of water bursts into the dewatering well.
本发明提供一种深基坑降水井带水封堵施工方法,包括以下步骤:降水井井口砌筑集水池,集水池内安装两台往外排水泥浆的污水泵;下两根高压注入水泥浆的注浆管,开启2台污水泵,水下灌注混凝土至垫层底2.5m标高,高压注入水泥浆;待混凝土终凝后,下放往外泵水第二抽水泵、排水管和高压注入水泥浆的第三根注浆管,开启第二抽水泵,水下回填碎石至筏板底0.3m标高处后,再灌注混凝土至降水井井口标高,高压注入水泥浆;切断第三根注浆管和排水管,焊接法兰封闭降水井井口,在法兰封闭降水井井口浇筑混凝土至筏板顶高,完成封堵降水井。本发明解决了深基坑地下水位标高高于基础筏板及集水坑标高的工况中,降水井大量涌水状态下的降水井封堵问题。
