The invention discloses a compression-resistant autoclaved sand-lime brick and a processing method thereof.The compression-resistant autoclaved sand-lime brick comprises brick bodies, positioning pressure-bearing mechanisms, positioning anti-tilting mechanisms and sealing mechanisms, the brick bodies are arranged in a rectangular shape, and the positioning pressure-bearing mechanisms are arranged on the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the brick bodies and used for achieving vertical splicing of the two brick bodies; the positioning anti-inclination mechanism is arranged on the side face of the brick body and used for achieving left-right splicing of the two brick bodies, the brick bodies which are spliced up and down are positioned through the positioning pressure-bearing mechanism, a space is reserved between a splicing groove and a positioning block, cement paste can be poured into the splicing groove, the splicing firmness of the brick bodies is improved, and the brick bodies can be conveniently spliced.
