The embodiment of the invention discloses a constructional column and a construction method of the constructional column, and the constructional column comprises a first masonry block which is provided with a through first steel bar preformed hole, the side surface of the first masonry block is provided with a grouting hole, and the grouting hole is communicated with the first steel bar preformed hole; the second masonry block is arranged above the first masonry block, second through steel bar preformed holes are formed in the second masonry block, and the second steel bar preformed holes and the first steel bar preformed holes are formed in a one-to-one correspondence mode, so that grouting materials are poured into the second steel bar preformed holes of the second masonry block from the grouting holes; the first steel bar preformed holes and the second steel bar preformed holes are used for arranging main steel bars of the constructional column. According to the constructional column, the grouting holes are formed in the side face of the first masonry block and communicate with the first steel bar preformed holes, meanwhile, the second steel bar preformed holes in the second masonry block correspond to the first steel bar preformed holes in a one-to-one mode, and grouting materials are poured into the second steel bar preformed holes in the second masonry block through the grouting holes; therefore, the construction efficiency of the constructional column is improved.
