The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic installation, and discloses a fast-assembly type photovoltaic roof which comprises a roof panel. A plurality of wooden mounting guide rails are laid on the roof panel in parallel; each photovoltaic panel is arranged between every two adjacent wooden mounting guide rails; the bottom mounting plate is arranged on one side of the bottom of the roof panel and is perpendicular to the wooden mounting guide rail; a plurality of sliding assembly assemblies are arranged in the length direction of the wooden mounting guide rails, and photovoltaic panels are mounted in a rectangular area defined by the two adjacent sliding assembly assemblies and the two adjacent wooden mounting guide rails and a rectangular area defined by the bottom mounting plate, the sliding assembly assemblies and the two adjacent wooden mounting guide rails; and the reinforcing mechanism is arranged on the wooden mounting guide rail corresponding to the photovoltaic panel and is configured to further press and fix the photovoltaic panel. According to the invention, rapid assembly of the photovoltaic panel can be realized.
