Wherein the door plate is vertically arranged and can be matched with the fixed door frame to form a door closing state. The upper hinge is partially connected to the fixed door frame, a first through hole is formed in the upper hinge, and the upper self-lubricating bearing is arranged in the first through hole. The lower hinge is partially connected to the fixed door frame, a second through hole is formed in the lower hinge, and the lower self-lubricating bearing is arranged in the second through hole. The door shaft is connected to the door plate, the door shaft sequentially penetrates through the upper self-lubricating bearing and the lower self-lubricating bearing, and the door shaft inclines by a first preset angle in the first door closing direction of the door plate, so that the door plate can automatically recover to the closed state. The invention further provides a ship comprising the self-closing type ship door, automatic closing of the ship door can be achieved, and the danger that sailors fall from a platform or a deck is eliminated.
