The invention relates to the field of concrete preparation, in particular to a waste concrete block doped recycled concrete preparation method which comprises the following steps: S1, crushing large waste concrete blocks through a treatment device to obtain waste concrete blocks with proper sizes; s2, the crushed waste concrete blocks are subjected to impurity removal and cleaning; s3, the cleaned waste concrete blocks are soaked; s4, uniformly mixing the soaked waste concrete blocks, cement, gravel and water in proportion to obtain recycled concrete; the treatment device comprises two crushing plates which are oppositely arranged, cylindrical seats which are respectively fixed at the lower ends of the two crushing plates, vertical seats which are respectively rotatably arranged at the two ends of the cylindrical seats, and an enclosure frame which encloses the two crushing plates, and the four vertical seats are all connected to the enclosure frame; the transmission mechanism is connected to the enclosure frame and is used for driving the two crushing plates to simultaneously rotate in opposite directions for crushing; according to the invention, recycling of waste concrete can be realized.
