The invention provides phosphogypsum lightweight aggregate concrete which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30-50 parts of a cementing material, 120-160 parts of aggregate and 13-18 parts of water, the cementing material is ardealite cement; the aggregate comprises phosphogypsum lightweight aggregate and machine-made sand. The phosphogypsum lightweight aggregate concrete has high product quality, and can avoid emission of new pollutants at the same time.
