The invention relates to the technical field of boron carbide particles, in particular to a preparation method of military boron carbide superfine powder, which comprises the following steps: S1, crushing and grinding a military boron carbide raw material for multiple times by using grinding equipment to prepare boron carbide powder; s2, preliminarily crushing the boron carbide powder by adopting a jaw crusher, performing secondary crushing by matching with a horizontal ball mill, and sieving by adopting a screen to prepare boron carbide coarse powder; and S3, carrying out acid pickling on the boron carbide coarse powder by using concentrated sulfuric acid in an acid pickling tank, carrying out dehydration by using a filter press, and carrying out drying treatment for multiple times by using drying equipment, so as to prepare a pure product of the boron carbide coarse powder. Grinding balls and boron carbide particles are poured in through the feeding port, sealing is conducted through threaded connection of the first sealing cover and the feeding port, the first motor starts to work, the stirring rod drives the grinding balls to conduct stirring through rotation of the stirring blades, and grinding can be faster.
