Asphalt pavement hot in-place recycling method
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement hot in-place recycling method, which comprises the following steps: determining the mixing ratio of a plant oil-based asphalt recycling agent of recycled asphalt, the plant oil-based asphalt recycling agent being prepared from a high-temperature distillation byproduct oil generated in the preparation process of plant oleic acid as a base oil; determining the asphalt-aggregate ratio and the aggregate ratio of asphalt in the recycled asphalt mixture; the target pavement is heated and scarified; spraying the plant oil-based asphalt regenerant on the heated pavement according to the determined mixing ratio, and adding aggregate; and mixing the plant oil-based regenerant, the aggregate and the old asphalt to form a regenerated asphalt mixture, re-paving the regenerated asphalt mixture on the pavement, and rolling. The plant-based asphalt regenerant is adopted for hot in-place recycling, polycyclic aromatic compounds can be effectively prevented from being generated in the construction process, and good environmental benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面就地热再生方法,包括以下步骤:确定再生沥青的植物油基沥青再生剂掺配比,所述植物油基沥青再生剂由植物油酸制备过程中产生的高温蒸馏副产物油为基础油制备获得;确定再生沥青混合料中沥青的油石比以及集料配比;对目标路面进行加热后并翻松;将植物油基沥青再生剂按照已确定的掺配比喷洒在加热后的路面上,并加入集料;将植物油基再生剂、集料与旧沥青混合形成再生沥青混合料后,重新摊铺到路面并碾压。本发明通过采用植物基沥青再生剂进行就地热再生,可有效防止在施工过程中产生多环芳香族化合物,具有很好的环境效益。
