The method comprises the following steps that supporting and protecting walls are driven into middle separation belts of a highway respectively, and then half old roadbeds are excavated to the bottom faces of the roadbeds respectively; (2) construction of a plurality of drilled piles, a half new bearing platform, a plurality of bearing platform bodies, a cap beam, a back wall and a lug wall is completed in sequence, earthwork filling and connecting beam plate erecting are completed, and normal traffic of a reconstructed half pavement is achieved firstly, and (3) lifting reconstruction construction of the other half new bearing platform is completed. According to the method, the problem that the other half of the new bearing platform cannot continue to be communicated when the half of the new bearing platform is lifted for construction is solved, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that when the half of the new bearing platform is constructed, disturbance cannot be generated to platform back earthwork of the constructed other half of the new bearing platform, and normal and safe passing of vehicles on the vehicle passing side of the other half of the new bearing platform is guaranteed. The construction difficulty is reduced, the construction safety is ensured, the construction difficulty of the supporting wall and the construction cost of bridge abutment lifting are remarkably reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
