The invention provides a prestressed rectangular cast-in-situ bored pile and a construction method thereof.The prestressed rectangular cast-in-situ bored pile comprises a cast-in-situ pile body and a reinforcement cage located in the cast-in-situ pile body, the cross section of the cast-in-situ pile body and the cross section of the reinforcement cage are both rectangular, the reinforcement cage is divided into an anchoring section and a free section in the vertical direction, and the free section is located above the anchoring section; the anchoring section comprises a plurality of first load-bearing steel bars arranged on the pit facing face and the soil facing face, the free section comprises a plurality of second load-bearing steel bars arranged on the pit facing face and the soil facing face, and the first load-bearing steel bars and the second load-bearing steel bars are in one-to-one correspondence and are detachably connected through connectors. Wherein the first load-bearing steel bars and the second load-bearing steel bars are prestressed finish-rolled twisted steel bars. The prestressed finish-rolled twisted steel is adopted as the stress main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage, the tensile strength is high, the cracking of the pile foundation can be controlled by applying prestress, the advantage of high strength of the finish-rolled twisted steel is fully played, the reinforcement ratio is reduced, and the steel consumption is greatly reduced.
本发明提供了一种预应力矩形钻孔灌注桩及其施工方法,预应力矩形钻孔灌注桩包括灌注桩桩身及位于灌注桩桩身内的钢筋笼,灌注桩桩身及钢筋笼的横截面均为矩形,钢筋笼沿竖向分为锚固段和自由段,自由段位于锚固段的上方,锚固段包括若干设置在迎坑面及迎土面的第一受力钢筋,自由段包括若干设置在迎坑面及迎土面的第二受力钢筋,第一受力钢筋与第二受力钢筋一一对应并通过连接器可拆卸连接;其中,第一受力钢筋及第二受力钢筋均为预应力精轧螺纹钢筋。通过采用预应力精轧螺纹钢筋作为钢筋笼的受力主筋,抗拉强度高,并通过施加预应力可以控制桩基开裂,充分发挥精轧螺纹钢筋强度高的优势,降低配筋率,大大减少钢材消耗量。
