The invention discloses a pressure type clamping piece rapid self-locking anti-corrosion anti-seepage prestress anti-floating anchor rod anchoring bearing body which comprises a guide support, a bearing plate, a working anchor ring, a working clamping piece, a PE spring fixing base, a fixing base reinforcing plate, a center grouting pipe, a plurality of conical sealing rings and a sealing pressing plate. Wherein the steel strand penetrates through a peripheral positive taper hole of the bearing plate and abuts against the small ends of the working clamping pieces from the small ends of peripheral inverted taper holes, the working clamping pieces overcome the tension of the pressure spring by means of external force and then move from the small ends of the peripheral inverted taper holes to the large ends, and the steel strand enters the working clamping pieces from the small ends of the two working clamping pieces; when the working clamping piece is propped by the pressure spring and moves to the small end of the peripheral inverted conical hole again, teeth in the working clamping piece buckle the steel strand, so that quick self-locking of the working clamping piece and the steel strand is realized. Therefore, part of assembly work can be completed in a preparation workshop in advance, and rapid self-locking connection of the steel strand, the working anchor ring and the working clamping piece can be achieved on site.
本发明公开了一种压力型夹片快速自锁防腐抗渗预应力抗浮锚杆锚固承载体,包括导向支架、承载板、工作锚环、工作夹片、PE弹簧固定座、固定座加强板、中心注浆管、多个锥形密封圈以及密封压板;其中钢绞线从承载板的外围正锥孔穿过从外围倒锥孔的小端抵顶工作夹片的小端,工作夹片依靠外力克服压力弹簧的张力后从外围倒锥孔的小端向大端移动,钢绞线从两瓣工作夹片的小端进入其内,当外力撤销时,工作夹片被压力弹簧抵顶着再次移向外围倒锥孔的小端的同时,工作夹片内部的齿牙卡扣住钢绞线,从而实现工作夹片与钢绞线的快速自锁。借此,部分组装工作可以提前在制备车间里完成,且在现场可实现钢绞线与工作锚环及工作夹片的快速自锁衔接。
