The gear and the second limiting assembly coaxially rotate with the rotating shaft, the first limiting assembly can rotate relative to the rotating shaft, and the second limiting assembly limits the first limiting assembly in the axial direction of the rotating shaft; the first limiting assembly and the gear can move in the axial direction. When the second limiting assembly rotates to the second matching position in the first rotating direction, the second limiting assembly relieves axial limitation on the first limiting assembly, and the gear can be pushed to move to the meshing position in the axial direction to be meshed with the toothed bar under the acting force of the elastic piece.
