The invention discloses an efficient and energy-saving building water supply system which comprises a pressure supplementing tank body, a flow stabilizing tank body, a pressure stabilizing tank body, a water tank, a pump room unit, a pressure sensor, a flow sensor, a control cabinet, a permanent magnet synchronous motor, a PC end, a compensation tank, a pressure maintaining tank, a water pump and a frequency converter. And the municipal pipe network directly supplies water to low-layer users, so that high-efficiency water supply to the users is realized. Secondary water supply of high-rise users is achieved through the water pump by adopting the full-frequency-conversion constant-pressure technology, the water inlet and outlet ends of the municipal pipe network are connected with the water tank, and the water tank supplies water to the high-rise users through the pump room unit. In the process that a pump room unit supplies water to high-rise users, the flow and lift data of operation of a water pump are actually measured and fed back to a PC end through a control cabinet, and an optimized water-saving scheme is set according to the actual water supply demand. The energy consumption is saved to a great extent, and high-efficiency water supply for users is realized.
本发明公开了一种高效节能的楼宇供水系统,包括补压罐体、稳流罐体、稳压罐体、水箱、泵房机组、压力传感器、流量传感器、控制柜、永磁同步电机、PC端、补偿罐、保压罐、水泵和变频器。市政管网直接给低层用户供水,实现了对用户的高效率供水。高层用户的供水通过水泵采用全变频恒压技术实现二次供水,市政管网的进出水端与水箱相连,水箱通过泵房机组向高层用户供水。泵房机组向高层用户供水过程中,实际测量水泵运行的流量和扬程数据,经控制柜反馈到PC端,根据实际供水量的需求,设置优化节水方案。本发明很大程度上节约了能耗,并且实现了对用户的高效率供水。
