The quick positioning and mounting structure for the lifting rod comprises a seat body, a lower rod body, an upper rod body, a lower mounting assembly and an upper mounting assembly which are matched with one another, and the upper mounting assembly and the lower mounting assembly are matched to realize quick positioning and mounting of the lifting rod; the lower installation assembly comprises a water passing connector, a quick connection fixing base and a button. The lower part of the water-passing joint is mounted on the seat body, and the upper part is matched with the button; the quick-connection fixing base is installed at the bottom end of the lower rod body, a transverse containing space is arranged on the quick-connection fixing base to install the connection button, and a longitudinal containing space is arranged to contain the upper portion of the water passing connector. The button is mounted in the quick connection fixing seat; the upper mounting assembly comprises a fixing frame, an expansion screw and a fixing column; the lower portion of the fixing frame is installed on the lower rod body, the upper portion of the fixing frame is installed on the upper rod body, a movable limiting groove is formed in the fixing frame, the fixing column is matched with the movable limiting groove to be disengaged or fixed, and the fixing column is arranged on the wall through an expansion screw. The structure is simple, installation is convenient, time and labor are saved, and accurate positioning and rapid disassembly and assembly can be achieved.
