The invention relates to an automatic initial rainwater separation device, and relates to an urban pavement rainwater recycling system. The device comprises two parts, namely a rainwater collection part and a sewage collection part, initial rainwater which is seriously polluted is collected into the sewage collection part and is discarded through a sewage pipe network, and the rainwater collection part conveys clean rainwater to a rainwater pipe network, so that a preliminary rainwater and sewage diversion function is realized. According to the device, the potential energy effect of rainwater is utilized, rainwater collection and treatment are more effectively completed synchronously in the physicochemical treatment process of the rainwater, the function of rainwater and sewage diversion is achieved through a mechanical structure, and rainwater and sewage diversion logic judgment is achieved through a rainwater gravity driving device; the volume gravity change of rainwater collected in the water collecting tank is adopted as a switching basis, the requirement for initial rainwater separation under the condition of a wider rainfall recurrence period range can be met, and meanwhile the rainwater discarding and filtering device can be installed, and device assemblies can be replaced and maintained after the rainwater discarding and filtering device is used for a certain period of time.
