The invention relates to the technical field of medical square cabins, in particular to a rapidly-built negative pressure isolation cabin and a building method thereof.The rapidly-built negative pressure isolation cabin is composed of an isolation cabin and a buffer cabin and comprises a frame module, an isolation membrane module, a ventilation module, a control module and a power module; the isolating membrane module is detachably mounted on the frame module in a covering manner; the frame module comprises a bottom frame, a vertical telescopic rod, a transverse telescopic rod, a rod joint and a rod base; the rod bases are distributed and locked on the bottom frame, the vertical telescopic rods are installed on the rod bases, the transverse telescopic rods are installed at the telescopic ends of the vertical telescopic rods through the rod connectors, and therefore a supporting structure of the negative pressure isolation cabin is formed. The technical problem to be solved is to overcome the defects that in the prior art, shelter hospital construction investment is large, construction period and construction site investment are needed and the like, so that the negative pressure isolation cabin which is rapidly built on the basis of a conventional ward below is provided.
