The limiting sliding shock isolation device comprises a lower buttress and an upper supporting column, a shock isolation support is arranged between the lower buttress and the upper supporting column, the shock isolation support comprises a shock isolation body, and an upper mounting plate and a lower mounting plate are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the shock isolation body correspondingly; the lower mounting plate and the upper mounting plate are fixedly connected with the lower buttress and the upper supporting column through a plurality of mounting bolts respectively, and the device is characterized in that a supporting frame structure is arranged on the outer side of the lower buttress, and a limiting pushing assembly used for limiting the displacement of the upper supporting column and resetting the upper supporting column after vibration is arranged on the supporting frame structure; when the shock insulation support is in a small earthquake such as vibration below the fourth level, the shock absorption rod body assembly can play a role in shock absorption, and displacement of the upper supporting column and the upper portion of a floor under the small earthquake is prevented; and under the condition of a large earthquake, the damping rod of the damping rod body assembly is broken at the cutting-off groove, and the shock insulation effect of the shock insulation support is not affected.
