The automatic angle adjusting node comprises an upper end plate and a lower end plate, an upper boss is arranged on the upper end plate, a semispherical cavity is formed in the center of the upper boss, a supporting rod connecting ball head matched with the semispherical cavity is arranged in the semispherical cavity, a pin hole is formed in the center of the bottom of the semispherical cavity, and a limiting taper pin is arranged in the pin hole; a conical circular truncated cone located at the top end of the limiting taper pin is inserted into an insertion hole under the supporting rod connecting ball head, and the angle between the side face of the conical circular truncated cone and the axis of the conical circular truncated cone is 5.7 degrees. Through spherical surface contact and the limiting taper pin, the joint of the same size can adapt to installation of the joint of the top of the stadium at different angle positions, and the joint has the capacity of rapidly adapting to the included angle between the beam string structure supporting rod and the lower chord inhaul cable at the moment that the joint makes contact with the lower chord inhaul cable. Under the condition that the cable force value is changed due to the influence of external force, the node has the automatic angle adjusting function, the stress of the inhaul cable can be balanced, and the overall safety of a building structure is improved.
本发明公开了一种撑杆自动调角节点,包括上端板和下端板,上端板上设有上凸台,上凸台中心设有半球形腔体,半球形腔体内设置有与其相适配的撑杆连接球头,半球形腔体底部中心设有销孔,销孔内设置限位锥销,位于限位锥销顶端的锥形圆台插设在撑杆连接球头正下方的插孔内,锥形圆台的侧面与锥形圆台的轴线之间的角度为5.7°。本发明通过球面接触和限位锥销,使同尺寸加工的一种节点可适应体育场馆馆顶节点不同角度位置的安装,而且具有在节点与下弦拉索接触瞬间,就能快速适应张弦梁撑杆与下弦拉索之间的夹角的能力。本节点在外力影响索力值发生变化的情况下,具有自动调角功能的节点,可以平衡拉索受力,增加建筑结构的整体安全性。
