The invention discloses an energy-saving fabricated building wall which comprises a prefabricated wall body, and a first friction plate is laid on one side of the prefabricated wall body; the composite functional layer comprises a sound insulation layer, a fireproof layer, a heat preservation layer and a wear-resistant layer which are sequentially stacked together, a second friction plate is laid on the outer side of the sound insulation layer, and the first friction plate is attached to the second friction plate; the buffer structure layer comprises a bearing plate and a pressure bearing plate which are oppositely arranged, the bearing plate is laid on the outer side of the wear-resisting layer, a plurality of through holes are formed in the bearing plate, a plurality of guide columns are formed on the inner side of the pressure bearing plate and slidably arranged in the through holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the end faces of the guide columns are connected with elastic balls, and the elastic balls are arranged in the through holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The elastic balls are supported on the wear-resistant layer, and a plurality of buffer springs are connected between the bearing plate and the bearing plate. The problems that some existing prefabricated wall bodies lack an anti-collision buffering protection function on the wall bodies and are prone to being damaged are solved.
