The invention relates to a construction method of a coke oven flue side wall inner template supporting structure, which comprises the following steps: segmenting according to the overall size of the template supporting structure, assembling a plurality of supporting frame modules, and enabling the transverse direction of the supporting frame modules to correspond to the transverse direction of a coke oven flue; the supporting frame module is of a spatial three-dimensional structure formed by arranging a plurality of transverse horizontal supporting rods, a plurality of longitudinal horizontal supporting rods and a plurality of supporting vertical rods at set intervals and then connecting the transverse horizontal supporting rods, the longitudinal horizontal supporting rods and the supporting vertical rods through right-angle fasteners. Adjustable top supports are mounted at the two ends of each transverse horizontal supporting rod; hoisting the support frame modules into the coke oven flue one by one, and sequentially assembling to form a template support structure corresponding to one circulating construction section; after the formworks are hoisted, the adjustable jacking supports are supported on the vertical keels of the formworks on the two sides respectively. The purpose of rapidly constructing a formwork supporting system in a narrow space is achieved, meanwhile, the supporting frame module is easy to hoist and can be repeatedly used, the equipment utilization rate is high, and the construction efficiency is high.
本发明涉及一种焦炉烟道侧壁内模板支撑结构的施工方法,根据模板支撑结构的整体尺寸进行分段,组装多个支撑架模块,支撑架模块的横向对应焦炉烟道的横向;支撑架模块是由多个横向水平支撑杆、多个纵向水平支撑杆、多个支撑立杆按设定间距排列后,通过直角扣件连接而成的空间立体结构;每根横向水平支撑杆的两端安装可调顶托;将支撑架模块逐个吊装至焦炉烟道内,依次组装形成对应一个循环施工段的模板支撑结构;吊装模板后,将可调顶托分别支撑在两侧模板的竖向龙骨上。本发明实现了狭小空间内快速施工模板支护体系的目的,同时支撑架模块易于吊装、可重复周转使用、设备利用率高,施工效率高。
