The prefabricated wall installation auxiliary clamp comprises a pincerlike clamp, a locking assembly and two I-shaped clamping plates, and the pincerlike clamp comprises an inner clamp body and an outer clamp body which are hinged to each other; the locking assembly comprises a locking stop pin, a one-way locking rack, a tension spring, an unlocking wrench and an unlocking pull rod. A spring fixing pin, a rack fixing frame and a wrench fixing frame are sequentially fixed to the inner clamp body from top to bottom. The one-way locking rack is hinged to the rack fixing frame. The locking stop pin is fixed on the outer clamp body so as to be meshed with or separated from the one-way locking rack; one end of the tension spring is hung on the spring fixing pin, and the other end of the tension spring is hooked on the one-way locking rack; the unlocking wrench is hinged to the wrench fixing frame; one end of the unlocking pull rod is hooked to the one-way locking rack, and the other end of the unlocking pull rod is hinged to the unlocking wrench. The two I-shaped clamping plates are hinged to the tops of the inner clamp body and the outer clamp body respectively.
