The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a building dead corner outer wall cleaning mechanism which comprises a mounting plate, an impurity removing plate assembly and a position adjusting assembly arranged on the mounting plate, a water storage tank is mounted on the position adjusting assembly, a top frame is fixedly mounted at the top of one end of the water storage tank, and a mounting hole is formed in one end of the top frame; a rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the inner wall of the mounting hole, and a V-shaped through frame with the included angle of 90 degrees is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the rotating shaft. According to the cleaning mechanism, the cleaning soft plate and the spraying assembly are used for cleaning the building dead-corner outer wall, the traditional operation stage of manually cleaning the outer wall is replaced, the problem of potential safety hazards is avoided, and the whole cleaning mechanism can adapt to cleaning operation of the building dead-corner outer wall with the inner right angle and the outer right angle; and large-particle impurities attached to the wall surface and sewage generated during cleaning mostly slide back into the water storage tank, so that the problem of potential safety hazards caused by splashing of the impurities and the sewage falling on the ground is solved.
