The clutch block sleeves the peripheral side of the rotating shaft; in the locking process, the locking mechanism abuts against the clutch block so as to limit the swing button body to rotate around the rotating shaft. And during unlocking, the locking mechanism relieves movement limitation on the clutch block. Compared with the prior art, the switch for unlocking the lock is arranged to be the swing button assembly, the swing button assembly unlocks the lock in a swing motion mode, the operation hand feeling is good, and the structure is simpler and more compact.
