The building window with the double-sealing structure comprises an outer frame and an inner sash, the inner sash is installed on the outer frame in a running fit mode, a drainage hole is formed in the outer side of the bottom end of the inner sash, a first sealing rubber strip is arranged on the outer frame, and a second sealing rubber strip is arranged on the inner sash; when the inner sash abuts against the outer frame, the first sealing rubber strip and the second sealing rubber strip divide the outer frame and the inner sash into a water flow cavity located on the outer side and an airtight cavity located on the inner side. An air pressure stabilizing mechanism is arranged in the second sealing rubber strip and used for balancing the air pressure between the water flow cavity and the airtight cavity, when it rains outdoors and the inner sash is opened, rainwater is drained through the drainage holes in the inner sash, and after the inner sash is closed and the outdoor air pressure is high, the drainage holes in the inner sash are closed. The air pressure between the water flow cavity and the airtight cavity is adjusted through the air pressure stabilizing mechanism, outdoor rainwater cannot enter a room, when the outdoor air pressure is low, the outdoor rainwater cannot flow into the room, and the sealing performance of the inner fan is improved.
